Return Policy

Our school store partners with a third-party vendor to print, fulfill, and ship each item. So when you place an order, your items are custom-made just for you and shipped directly to the address you provide.

While this allows us to offer high-quality products through the school store at a reasonable cost, due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges. We want you to be happy with your order, so if you have questions about a product before you purchase, please reach out to ask us.

If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, our vendor will offer to reship the order. If your products arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery, but please note that our vendor will request photographic proof.

Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
